Camilla Belich to the Attorney-General: What employment or engagement outcomes resulted from recorded incidences of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by outcome category, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law: No confirmed incidences of bullying since 2015. Parliamentary Counsel Office: has had two incidences of workplace bullying since 2015, neither of these complaints were upheld and no employment outcomes such as dismissal or warnings were given.
