Camilla Belich to the Attorney-General: How many cases of workplace bullying resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law: No confirmed incidences of bullying since 2015. Parliamentary Counsel Office: Two payments relating to workplace bullying since 2015, one in 2016 and one in 2019. These two payments relate to costs rather than financial settlements.
