Camilla Belich to the Attorney-General: How many cases of workplace bullying were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Employment Relations Authority, or other external bodies in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law: No cases relating to bullying referred externally since 2015. Parliamentary Counsel Office: Two cases relating to bullying referred externally since 2015. One case in 2016 and one in 2019, neither case was upheld by the external investigator.
