Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What was the total value of financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments relating to workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by WorkSafe New Zealand that this information is not readily available and would require significant time/resource to collate, and I do not consider it is in the public interest to do so.
