Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many individuals received formal disciplinary sanctions short of dismissal or termination following findings of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that of the bullying allegations received and findings substantiated between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025, WorkSafe New Zealand has been able to identify three instances where formal disciplinary sanctions were made, excluding instances where the outcome was dismissal or termination. To provide further detail would require significant time/resource to collate this information, and I do not consider it is in the public interest to do so.
