Camilla Belich to the Minister for Women: What employment or engagement outcomes resulted from recorded incidences of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by outcome category, if any?

Hon Nicola Grigg: The Ministry for Women regularly reviews its policies and processes to support staff raising concerns about bullying in the workplace. This includes ensuring staff understand the Public Service Commission’s ‘Speaking up’ and ‘Positive and safe workplaces’ model standards and how to raise any issues or seek support.
