2340 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What employment or engagement outcomes resulted from recorded incidences of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by outcome category, if any?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that this question is interpreted as relating to employment outcomes. MSD engages with relevant involved staff every time an alleged incident of sexual harassment or workplace bullying occurs, however, reported outcomes are not drawn from this engagement alone. MSD does not comment on individual employment outcomes due to privacy reasons.
