2328 (2025). Hon Julie Anne Genter to the Minister of Transport: Has the New Zealand Transport Agency undertaken modelling on the likely impact on deaths and serious injuries of increasing speed limits on any of the roads in the announcement made on 29 January 2025, and if so what is the estimated impact of the change on each road for which the work was undertaken?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that NZTA has not commissioned modelling regarding the speed limit increases.
