2282 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: How many cases of workplace bullying resulted in financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: LINZ had six settlement agreements involving individuals who either raised a workplace bullying inquiry or were the subject of one between 2017 and 2026 (YTD). For privacy reasons LINZ are unable to provide this data in the breakdown (by year) as requested. LINZ did not collect or report this information in the format requested for the years 2015 and 2016.
