2277 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: How many cases of workplace bullying were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Employment Relations Authority, or other external bodies in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) recorded one incident of workplace bullying in 2017 that involved independent external mediation, and one incident in 2021 that involved an independent external investigation. LINZ did not collect or report this information in the format requested for the years 2015 and 2016.
