Camilla Belich to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What was the total value of financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments relating to workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that the total value of financial settlements was $378,579 following cases of workplace bullying between January 2015 and February 2026.
