2258 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many cases of workplace bullying were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Employment Relations Authority, or other external bodies in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: There have been no recorded cases of workplace bullying for the Infrastructure Commission or the National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited. Crown Infrastructure Delivery has recorded the following cases, all of which were outsourced to external investigators. None of the claims were substantiated, and no employment or engagement outcomes resulted. • 2020: 1 case related to racial discrimination • 2023: 1 case related to performance of a role • 2025: 1 case related to performance of a role Regarding the Treasury, I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 2218 (2026).
