2254 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Housing: What employment or engagement outcomes resulted from recorded incidences of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by outcome category, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: Since 2018, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has recorded 8 instances of alleged or possible workplace bullying. All cases were resolved through a combination of resetting behavioural expectations, leadership training or coaching, and wellness support, as appropriate, with no formal sanctions. Data cannot be provided by calendar year due to individual privacy. For Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 2246 (2026).
