2236 (2024). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What providers, if any, will Oranga Tamariki work with to design the Young Offenders Military Academies?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki is working with other government departments, academics, clinicians, and advocacy groups on the design of the Military-style academies pilot. They are also in discussions with providers of similar style academies to utilise elements and lessons in the design.
