2234 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister received when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commission has requested and received four Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions for Cabinet Papers the Minister for the Public Service has taken to Cabinet since 27 November 2023. This is also my response to WPQ 2235 (2025).
