Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Associate Minister of Health: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control Article 5.3; if so, can the Minister provide evidence, if any, that the WHO Framework Convention Article 5.3 is being applied?

Hon Casey Costello: I have received advice noting New Zealand’s obligation and this Government has met those obligations.
