Camilla Belich to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many cases of workplace bullying were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Employment Relations Authority, or other external bodies in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that, for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the following alleged incidences of workplace bullying have been referred to external bodies in the period 2020 to 2026. 2020 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025 2026 1 0 4 0 0 0 0 It is not possible to provide a comprehensive answer for the period prior to 2020 within the timeframe for answers to Written Questions. For Antarctica New Zealand and Asia New Zealand Foundation, there were no cases.
