2217 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Trade and Investment: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister requested when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since November 2023?

Hon Todd McClay: None. However I am advised that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has sought, and was granted, regulatory impact analysis exemptions in relation to three pieces of implementing legislation that I was responsible for.
