2213 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Environment: What was the total value of financial settlements, compensation payments, or ex gratia payments relating to workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Environmental Protection Authority has not had any cases of workplace bullying since 2015. I am advised the Ministry for the Environment has had one settlement agreed since 2015, at the value of $33,090. The bullying and harassment investigation was not continued.
