Camilla Belich to the Minister of Education: How many individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of workplace bullying in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Erica Stanford: The information sought by the Member is not collated by the Ministry of Education in a way that is readily reportable in the timeframe available to respond to written parliamentary questions. From 2015 to 2025, no individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, or the Education Review Office, following findings of workplace bullying. Education New Zealand has had no recorded instances of workplace bullying from 2015 to 2025.
