2186 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister requested when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since November 2023?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Since receiving my Ministerial Warrant on 27 November 2023, in my capacity as the Prime Minister, I advise that in accordance with the guidance set out in CabGuide: Impact Analysis, no Regulatory Impact Statements (RIS) were prepared for the Cabinet papers I presented to Cabinet. No exemptions therefore relating to RIS were sought or received.
