2184 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister requested when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since November 2023?

Hon Brooke van Velden: As the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, I do not apply for any Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions. However, officials at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment have requested six Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions for Cabinet papers in my portfolio. All were granted, although some were partial exemptions.
