2165 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Revenue: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister received when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that as Regulatory Impact Assessments belong to the government agency, any exemptions are sought by that agency and not the Minister.
