2154 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister requested when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since November 2023?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Since 27 November 2023 I have sought one exemption to the requirement to provide a Regulatory Impact Statement when bringing a paper to Cabinet. The exemption was confirmed by Cabinet. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2155 (2025).
