2057 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Has the Minister appointed a panel convener under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024; if so, who was appointed?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that Judge Jane Borthwick was confirmed as the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 Panel Convener by Cabinet on Monday 3 February. Two Associate Conveners, Helen Atkins and Jennifer Caldwell, have also been appointed.
