2027 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister requested when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since November 2023?

Hon Todd McClay: None. However I am advised that the Ministry for Primary Industries applied for, and was granted, one exemption for proposals which triggered RIA requirements.
