2022 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister received when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since 27 November 2023?

Hon Chris Bishop: As Regulatory Impact Assessments belong to the government agency, any exemptions are sought by that agency and not the Minister. While the requirements for Regulatory Impact Assessments were temporarily relaxed in the October 2023-March 2024 period, I sought no exemptions.
