1998 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Resources: How many Regulatory Impact Analysis exemptions, if any, has the Minister requested when bringing cabinet papers to Cabinet, since November 2023?

Hon Shane Jones: As Minister for Resources, I have not been involved in the process for seeking potential exemptions for the Regulatory Impact Analysis requirements. This is managed by officials at relevant agencies.
