1963 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the threshold of serious wrongdoing for Kāinga Ora investigations into contractors or staff and how was that threshold set?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has a Protected Disclosure policy that stipulates the threshold for “serious wrongdoing” is to be in accordance with the definition of the Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022.
