Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it regularly updates its procurement policy and practice in accordance with the Government procurement rules that came into force in 2019. These updates addressed the improvements around robust processes for supplier management and procurement that were identified by the investigation.
