1956 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What instances, if any, have occurred where councils outside Wellington have stated that Waka Kotahi’s information was provided too late, in an unstructured way, or with insufficient technical detail to support informed feedback?

Hon Chris Bishop: Project teams regularly engage with Councils and provide technical detail to inform feedback. Councils can request further information when material is insufficient, and this process is routinely undertaken.
