Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What work, if any, has been done since 27 November 2023 to quantify the financial impacts on councils of major transport projects, including unanticipated council-led works, relocation of community facilities, loss of parking revenue, or impacts on local businesses, where councils have said costs were unclear?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that since November 2023, NZTA has continued working with partners to understand any financial impacts of major projects.
