1943 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 to ‘Develop fast-tracked diagnostic pathways for priority cancers’ under Outcome 4: New Zealanders have better cancer survival, supportive care and end-of-life care, as part of the New Zealand Cancer Action Plan 2019 – 2029?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. This includes New Zealanders living with cancer. I am advised that during the July to September 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand continued to work on changes in clinical pathways that will ensure New Zealanders can access world leading diagnostic services.
