1912 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Transport: Did the SH22 (Drury) Corridor Upgrade start construction in the 2025 year, if so, when?

Hon Chris Bishop: Construction on the interim SH22/Jesmond Road intersection upgrade began in December 2025 as part of the wider SH22 Drury upgrade project. The construction start date for the full project is yet to be confirmed but is currently estimated to begin in 2027.
