1905 (2026). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Health: Did the Lower Hutt Maternity Ward and Neonatal Unit Upgrade start construction in the 2025 year, if so when?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that construction on the Lower Hutt Maternity Ward and Neonatal Unit upgrade did not start in 2025, but is scheduled to begin in April 2026.
