Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that contractual arrangements vary. In some cases, Health New Zealand contract for explicit data centre services (e.g., a co-location agreement); in other cases, data centre services are part of an All-of-Government Infrastructure as a Service Agreement for services delivered from external data centres. I am further advised that specific contractual arrangements are commercially sensitive, and in some cases remain subject to current or upcoming procurement activity.
