1880 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has occurred in the quarter towards the initiative to expand targeted incentive initiatives for priority populations, as included on page 16 of 'Getting to Smokefree 2025', as at 27 January 2025?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that during the October - December 2024 quarter, work focused on extending the use of incentives for pregnant women to also provide support during the postnatal period (first six weeks post-birth). This supports the creation of smokefree environments and prevention of Sudden Unexpected Death in Infancy (SUDI).
