1858 (2024). Scott Willis to the Minister of Climate Change: Was a paper lodged to Cabinet to reappoint members of the Climate Change Commission whose terms expired in December 2023 and if so, on what date was it lodged?

Hon Simon Watts: No. Both Commissioners are continuing on the Commission under extension provisions in section 32 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
