1857 (2024). Scott Willis to the Minister of Climate Change: Which Cabinet committees, if any, considered the proposed reappointment of members of the Climate Change Commission whose terms expired in December 2023, and on what dates?

Hon Simon Watts: No papers were lodged with any Cabinet committee to reappoint the two members whose term expired in December 2023 to the Climate Change Commission. Both Commissioners are continuing on the Commission under extension provisions in section 32 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
