1812 (2024). Darleen Tana to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: Further to Reply 625, what stakeholders does he plan on consulting with regarding SPRFMO Comm 12 – Prop 10, listed by organisation?

Hon Shane Jones: I plan on meeting with the following stakeholders on a range of fisheries related issues: Forest and Bird WWF New Zealand Greenpeace EDS The Nature Conservancy I expect SPRFMO to be one of the issues raised. MPI has already undertaken consultations with various NGO and industry representatives and will continue to do so as part of its regular engagement on SPRFMO.
