Hon Penny Simmonds: New Zealand Qualifications Authority has sent approximately 23 pages of communication has to the Ministry of Regulation. In regard to Ministry of Education, I refer the Member to the Minister of Education’s response to written parliamentary question 1513 (2025). The Tertiary Education Commission, Education New Zealand has not sent any correspondence, meeting requests, briefings or other forms of communication to the Ministry for Regulation across any communication channels.
