Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice during the period between 22 December 2025 and 1 February 2026 (inclusive). - Prime Minister and Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery visit to the impacted areas of the East Coast of the North Island (22/01/2026) - Fortnightly Status Report to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery (23/01/2026) - Ensuring a coordinated recovery from the January 2026 Upper North Island severe weather event (28/01/2026) - Government contributions to mayoral relief funds (27/01/2026) In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices.
