Hon Phil Twyford to the Associate Minister of Immigration: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the period between 22 December 2025 and 1 February 2026 (inclusive), listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Chris Penk: The documents I received from MBIE during the period between 22 December 2025 and 1 February 2026 (inclusive) are listed in the table attached. I also receive advice on individual immigration cases in line with my responsibilities as Associate Minister. Due to privacy concerns, I do not believe it is in the public interest to release these.
