Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As the Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I regularly request and receive advice from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) on a range of matters. I am advised that DPMC publishes a monthly list of titles of advice provided to me, by the middle of the month after the advice is provided. I refer the member to that list: Publications | Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). Some of the titles may not be released if, for instance, they relate to matters of national security, the provision of free and frank advice and/or active consideration. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
