Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, from the period 9 December 2024 to 24 January 2025, and how many roles, if any, could be affected?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that between 9 December 2024 and 24 January 2025, ACC opened and completed a consultation that changed the employment conditions for seven employees. This change did not reduce the total number of employees.
