Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, from the period 9 December 2024 to 24 January 2025, and how many roles, if any, could be affected?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law did not undertake any consultations regarding changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions in the period from 9 December 2024 to 24 January 2025. The PCO opened one consultation with employees on 14 January 2025 that proposed changes to employment roles and numbers. Depending on the outcome of the consultation one role could be affected.
