Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, from the period 9 December 2024 to 24 January 2025, and what date are any such consultations expected to close?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that during the period 9 December 2024 to 24 January 2025, no consultations were initiated with employees regarding changes to employment roles, employment numbers, or any other employment conditions. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 1633 (2025).
