Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that as of 4 March 2024, 9,446 individuals are recorded as gang members on the National Gang List (NGL). This figure is obtained from the NGL February 2024 close-off. I refer the Member to the attached table 1, which shows the percentage of individuals recorded on the NGL, broken down by ethnicity. I refer the Member to the attached table 2, which shows the number of individuals recorded on the NGL, broken down by police district.
