Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: Approximately how many pages of communication, if any, has the Minister's department, if any, sent to the Ministry for Regulation - including correspondence, meeting requests, briefings and all other communication, across all communication channels including emails, text, and social media messages?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised the Ministry for the Environment has communicated with the Ministry for Regulation about the red tape portal, the Regulatory Standards Bill, and Regulatory Systems Amendment Bills.  I do not believe it is in the public interest to count these communications.
