Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Associate Minister of Education: Is it standard practice that when consulting with the Charter School Agency on the conversion of a state school into a charter school, the Ministry of Education will only provide information already held by the Ministry, and will not seek or create new information?

Hon David Seymour: No. The Ministry of Education may use information it already holds and may also seek or develop additional information where this is required to support a charter school conversion.
